Can you fix it today?
Usually, yes. Most software repairs are done same-day or within 24 hours. Hardware repairs take 2-5 days depending on parts. We'll give you a realistic timeframe when you bring it in.
Do you work on Macs?
Yes. We repair both Windows PCs and Apple Macs, including MacBooks, iMacs, and Mac Minis. Same pricing structure applies.
Can you come to me?

It depends. A $80 virus removal on a 3-year-old laptop is a no-brainer. A $300 motherboard repair on a 7-year-old desktop probably isn't. We'll give you an honest recommendation based on what's wrong and what the machine is worth.

We back up your data before any repair that could affect storage. If your hard drive has already failed, we offer data recovery services to retrieve what we can. We'll always discuss risk with you before starting.
