Co-Managed IT · Southern Wisconsin

Co-managed IT that backs up your team.

Co-managed IT pairs your internal staff with our tools, coverage, and security depth. They keep the strategy and the relationships. We take the tickets, the monitoring, and the 2am alerts.

What you keep.
What we cover.

Co-managed is not all or nothing. You decide what stays in house and what we run. Most teams keep the strategy and hand us the work that burns people out.

Onboarding starts with a two-week discovery. We document your environment, stand up our tools next to what you already run, and agree on who owns what. After that your team has backup, and you have one number to call.

What is co-managed IT?
Co-managed IT means we work alongside your internal IT staff instead of replacing them. Your team keeps the people, the apps they know, and the final say. We add tools, coverage, and security depth where they need backup.
Who is co-managed IT for?
It fits businesses that already have IT but feel the strain. We see it most with insurance agencies, law firms, dental and medical practices, and manufacturers running one or two IT people who cannot cover everything alone.
Will you replace our IT person?
No. Co-managed is built around your existing staff. We take the repetitive tickets and the after-hours work off their plate so they can focus on the projects that actually move the business.
How are responsibilities split?
We map it out together during onboarding. A common split keeps strategy, budgets, and user relationships in house, and hands us help desk overflow, monitoring, patching, security, and backups. The split is written down so nothing slips.
What tools do you bring?
Remote monitoring and management, endpoint detection and response, patch management, and backup monitoring. Your team gets access to the same dashboards we use, so everyone works from one picture of the environment.
How is co-managed IT priced?
Most engagements are billed monthly, scaled to the number of users or endpoints we cover and which pieces you hand us. We scope it after a short discovery so you only pay for the coverage you use.
Do you offer after-hours coverage?
Yes. We monitor around the clock and provide after-hours escalation so alerts get triaged when your team is off. The exact coverage window is set in your agreement.
How long does onboarding take?
Most co-managed onboardings run about two weeks. We document your environment, deploy our tools next to what you already run, and confirm who owns what before we go live.
